ID and Cash at Gateway Casinos Innisfil
The door at Gateway Casinos Innisfil is where a trip up Highway 400 can go wrong, usually over a missing piece of ID. Here is what to carry to the door, and what is on hand once inside.

Age and ID
Two things get a guest through the door at Gateway Casinos Innisfil: being 19 or older and carrying photo ID from a government that is still valid. Guests aged 21 or under bring one more piece of identification bearing their name. That second card is easy to leave at home, so it belongs in the wallet before the car leaves the driveway.
Ontario law is firm on age. Nobody under 19 may come in or linger at any gaming site, in a building or online, unless at work there. A teenager in the car cannot come in to wait. Age is not the only bar: anyone trespassed or self-excluded, here or at another Ontario gaming property, may not visit.
Getting in with support
At 7485 5th Side Road, the building is accessible to guests. Staff can provide wheelchairs, communication supports and material in accessible formats when asked. Phoning before heading up Highway 400 gives the casino a chance to prepare. For the casino side, the number is 705-726-6770; the track's own line is 705-726-9400.
Guide dogs and service animals may accompany guests through public areas. Support persons are admitted too. The age rules still apply to them, so a companion also has to be 19 or older.
Cash, coffee and the card
On site, guests will find both currency exchange and bank machines (ABMs). Complimentary drinks are limited to the non-alcoholic kind: coffee, tea and fountain pop.
There is no fee to join My Club Rewards. Staff at the Guest Services desk handle sign-up and ask for valid ID, the same card shown at the door. Members collect points playing table games and slot machines. Membership is optional, and the floor is open to any guest with the right ID.
Questions at the rail
Q1What ID does a guest who is 21 or younger need?
Photo ID that is current and issued by a government, plus a second document bearing their name. The second piece applies to anyone 21 or younger, so a guest that age should carry both cards.
Q2Can a service animal come in?
Inside the building, a guide dog or other service animal can come along through the public areas. Support persons are admitted as well, subject to the age rules.
Q3Is there a bank machine on site?
There are bank machines (ABMs) on site, along with currency exchange.
Q4Is the rewards card free?
My Club Rewards membership is free. Bring valid ID to Guest Services to join; points then build up on slot machines and table games.
